Suggest a better description1 Peel the pears and remove the cores. 2 Blend the pears in a liquidizer. 3 Pour the fromage blanc, cream and sugar in a bowl and mix well. 4 Add the pear puree. Stir, then pour into dessert bowls. Put them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. The Chinese enjoyed iced drinks and desserts long before the Christian era.
