Peas and Pickles Salad

1 15 ounce can Sweet peas; drained
2 tablespoon Onion; chopped fine
2 each Eggs; Boiled, chopped
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese; cubed
2 tablespoon Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise; heaping
salt; to taste
pepper; to taste
1/3 cup Bread and butter pickles; chopped

Original recipe makes 6



Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and chill for at least an hour before serving.

Used frozen peas, Miracle Whip, sweet pickles, celery, cheddar, and hard boiled eggs. Easier and faster than potato salad.

Pleasing textures and a fresh taste. I may substitute frozen peas next time for a crisper taste. All around, a nice side dish that I pared with fish.
