Preheat oven to 400 F.
Spray a rimmed baking dish with cooking spray.
Rinse thawed catfish on cold water and pat dry.
Place chopped pecans on a plate..
Mix together milk, egg and mustard in a shallow bowl.
Dip catfish in milk mixture and then roll in pecans.
Place catfish in prepared baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake 10-12 minutes until fish flakes easily.
