Super simple home made Pecan Pie and a no roll crust.
Pie Crust Prep:
Sift flower, sugar and salt into a 9" pie plate. In a 1-cup measuring cup, whisk together oil and milk, then pour over flower mixture.
Using a fork, mix until completely dampened. Press dough evenly around the sides and across the bottom of the plate.
Pecan Pie Filling Prep:
Combine Eggs, Syrup, Brown Sugar, Butter, Vanilla and mix well... then stir in the pecans
Pour Filling into the No-Roll Pie Crust and back at 350 F for 55 minutes

Additional uses for No-Roll Crust.
To use as an unbaked shell: Fill with desired pie filling and bake according to filling directions.
To use as a baked shell: Prick surface of dough with a fork several times and bake in preheated 425F oven for 12 to 15 minutes; cool and fill as desired.
To us for pot pies or with any other savory filling, just eliminate the 2 tablespoons of sugar.
