Pecan pie, my mom's recipe
Add sugar to beaten eggs, mix well. Add other ingredients except nuts in order given. Sprinkle nuts in unbanked pie shell and pour mixture over. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 325 degrees for about 30 minutes longer or until filling is firm.
Best pecan pie recipe ever. Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
