Sift flour. Chop marg and lard into small pieces. Add salt. Whizz in Magimix with plastic blade until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add water gradually whilst pulsing until it starts to form a ball. Turn out onto a floured surface and form into a smooth ball. Flatten slightly, wrap in cling film and chill for half an hour in the fridge.
