Ingredients

3 cloves Garlic
1/3 cup Goat Cheese
1/3 cup Cream cheese; Reduced Fat
1 pk Spinach
8 ounces Penne pasta; whole wheat

Original recipe makes 4

Servings  

Preparation

1. Combine garlic, goat cheese, cream cheese and 1/2 bag of spinach in food processor.

2. Chop remaining spinach.

3. Add cooked penne to chopped spinach and lightly toss.

4. Add cheese mixture with some pasta water to make mixture less thick.

5. Top with parmesan.
