Suggest a better description1. Cut up peppers--remove seeds and white membrane
2. Put 1/2 peppers and 1/2 vinegar in blender
3. Process until smooth
4. Repeat with other peppers and vinegar
5. Add sugar, pepper, and salt
6. Boil 12-15 minutes
7. Add certo and boil for 2 more minutes
8. Skim and put in jars
9. Serve over softened cream cheese on crackers
