My husband and I both liked these. Very Garlicky

4 thick pork loin chops
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon black pepper; coarsely crushed
teaspoon white pepper; coarsely crushed
2 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
4 cloves garlic; finely chopped
2 tablespoon olive oil
Large pinch Cayenne pepper

Original recipe makes 4



Heat broiler. Stir together cumin, salt, black and white peppers, cayenne pepper, coriander, garlic, and olive oil in small bowl until well mixed. Rub on both sides of chops. Broil pork chops, turning once, until crispy on the outside and chops are done.

Great flavor. Maybe a little spicy for the sensitive tastes, but it was perfect for me.

These chops are delish! It took less than 20 minutes to complete this main dish and they are full of flavor. I added some salt to my rub mixture as well as sautéed some onions in the cooking oil. A great, quick weeknight meal.

I love the taste the only thing about this recipe is that it did not say how much cayenne chili should we put nor did it say up to what degree should we pre heat the oven other than that I loved the taste

Wow! Great dish. I doubled the recipe and used spoonful of the rub added to avocado, onion, tomato, cilantro and lime juice for a perfect accompaniment. Tasty!
