-prepare 6 servings of white rice-
In a large skillet, saute beef and garlic in oil until meat is no longer pink.
Remove the beef and keep warm.
Saute green pepper and onion until crisp-tender in the same skillet.
Add cooked beef to vegitables and let simmer on medium heat.
In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and broth until smooth. Bring to a boil cook and stir for two minutes or until thickened. Drizzle over meat and vegetables and toss to coat.
Serve over earlier prepared white rice.
