This is a simple recipe for asparagus, and it is delicious every time!
Cut the ends off of the asparagus. (About an inch) Put the asparagus in boiling water for about 2 to 3 minutes. It should turn bright green. Remove from heat, and immediately into ice water to stop the cooking process. After it has cooled down, put the asparagus on a cookie sheet, and spread it out. I always line my cookie sheet with foil for easier clean up. Drizzle the asparagus with sesame seed oil and sprinkle on some garlic salt. Put it in the oven at 350 for about three minutes to warm it up again. Now it's ready to serve!
