How to ensure hard boiled eggs peel perfectly every time
Before cooking, allow cold eggs to reach room temperature.
Boil water and put eggs carefully in with a spoon.
Boil for 15 minutes.
Drain the water then with the lid on.
Shake the pan up and down to break the shells.
Cover eggs with cold water immediately afterwards; the peels will fall off the eggs.
