1/2 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Walnuts
2 lb Can crushed pineapple
(fresh or frozen)
1 c Raisins
1 ts Baking soda
7 oz Coconut
1/2 lb Powdered sugar
2 c Sugar
2 c Flour
1 ts Cinnamon
8 oz Cream cheese
2 Beaten eggs
1/4 lb Butter
1/2 c Water
2 ts Chile powder

Original recipe makes 1 Cake



CAKE Mix 2 minutes. Bake 350 degrees 35 - 45 minutes (until toothpick in center pulls out clean) WALT
