Pina Colada Muffins

1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Rum extract
1 cn (small) drained crushed
1/4 c Margarine
1 ts Baking Powder
1 c Sour cream
1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 c Coconut
1/2 ts Baking soda

Original recipe makes 8 Servings



Reheat oven to 375F, prepare pans. Combine sugar, egg, margarine, sour cream & rum extract & beat until blended. Stir together dry ingredients & add, stir until just mixed. Add pineappale & coconut.
