(PINEAPPLE COCONUT FILLING)
-In a small pan, heat the pineapple and coconut until warmed
(PINA COLADA WHIPPED CREAM)
-In a chilled bowl, pour in 8oz heavy whipping cream and then pour 1 pack Pina Colada Flavor Mix
-Beat with mixer until stiff whipped cream peaks begin to form
(PINA COLADA CREAM CHEESE FILLING)
-In another chilled bowl, pour in 8oz heavy whipping cream and then pour 1 pack Pina Colada Flavor Mix
-Beat with mixer until stiff whipped cream peaks begin to form
-Add 1 bar cream cheese to the whipped cream mixture and beat until smooth
-After cream is complete, gently fold in 2 Tablespoons of the heated pineapple mixture.
(PIE PREPARATION)
-Pour a thin layer of the warm pineapple coconut mixture onto the bottom of the pie crust. Keep remainder of pineapple mixture to use for another layer of the pie
-Pour all of the Pina Colada cream cheese filling and gently smooth with a spoon
-Pour the remaining warm pineapple coconut mixture on top of the Pina Colada cream cheese filling
-Pour the Pina Colada Whipped Cream on top and spread as the top layer
(FREEZE)
-Place the pie into the freezer for approximately 5 hours before serving (make sure pie is frozen before cutting it)
NOTES:
Optional: Decorate with whipped cream, sprinkles and coconut
