1/2 cup Evaporated skim milk; chill
1/2 teaspoon Coconut extract
1/4 Ripe banana; peeled and
1/4 cup Pineapple chunks; frozen
2 cubes Ice; (up to 3)

Original recipe makes 1 Serving



In blender, combine evaporated milk and extract. With blender running, add frozen banana and pineapple pieces, a few at a time. Add ice cubes one at a time. Blend until smooth.
