Quick and easy fruit fritters.


2 medium Bananas
4 cup Pineapple slices
3 medium Eggs; beaten
1 cup Plain flour
2 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
Sugar; for tossing
Cream or ice cream; for serving

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



Toss fruit in flour first, then beaten eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs. Deep fry in oil on both sides in shallow fry pan. When cooked place on absorbent paper and then toss in sugar. Server with cream or ice cream.
