1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl large enough to hold the meat.
2. Add meat, stirring to ensure that all pieces are well coated with the marinade.
3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Thread meat on skewers and grill over medium heat until done (no more than 5 minutes per side).
