Preheat oven to 350 F. Blend graham cracker crumbs, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and oil together. Press firmly into lightly oiled 9x13 inch baking pan. Whip together cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, egg whites, vanilla and 2/3 cup pineapple juice (if 2/3 cup not drained from can then add more pineapple juice) til smooth. Pour cheese mixture over crust. Bake 25-30 minutes or til center is set. Spread crushed pineapple over cheese filling. Cover loosely and refrigerate a few hours. Cut into 24 squares.
