Try this Pineapple Chicken - for the Holidays recipe, or contribute your own.
Place chicken, skin side down on pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lots of paprika. Add consomme. Cover and bake for 1 hr. at 350 degrees. Turn skin side up.
