1 c Mushrooms; sliced
3 tb Soya sauce.
1/2 c green pepper; Diced
1/2 c red pepper; Diced
1 19-oz can pineabble chunks
3 lb Chicken peices; (up to 3-1/2)
1 10-oz can consomme

Original recipe makes 1



Place chicken, skin side down on pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lots of paprika. Add consomme. Cover and bake for 1 hr. at 350 degrees. Turn skin side up. Add pineapple, peppers, mushrooms, and soya sauce. Continue baking, covered until chicken is fork tender. Uncover and bake until brown.
