Try this Pineapple Chicken Stir-fry recipe, or contribute your own.
In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients; set aside. In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry chicken in oil for 5-6 minutes or until juices run clear. Add the vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in pineapple and reserved soy sauce mixture; heat through. Serve over rice.
Yield: 6 servings.

opalfire8 8y agoThis turned out good, I threw in a handful of peanuts with the pineapple and sauce at the end. In the sauce the tomato taste is a bit strong, I might add a tsp rather than a tbsp of ketchup next time....
veronica_$ 10y agothe photo shows whole carrots. Did you put whole carrots in a stir-fry? How did you cook them? And was that long pieces of chicken? Not bitesize? The recipe maybe great, but what you are showing in the photo does not look good.
RKG1 10y agoGreat stir fry, I did increase the garlic. When resized for 2 the recipe called for less than 1 clove, I used 3. My wife said I could make it again anytime, she loved it.
