Grilled Pineapple Slices
Heat mixture ingredients over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Place slices over grill for 2 to 4 minutes on each side basting several times with mixture.
Remove from heat onto platter.
Drizzle remaining mixture over pineapple.
Top each with a spoonful of whipped cream cheese.
If using a whole pineapple, remove skin and core, then slice.
