3 fl Water
2 oz Butter
1 Lemon, rind and juice,
9 oz Soft brown sugar
6 tb Golden syrup
6 oz Can evaporated milk

Original recipe makes 1 Servings



Measure syrup with hot spoon into pan, add sugar, butter, water, heat gently, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolved. Bring to boil, take off heat, stir in milk, lemon. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #650 by Douglas Weller on Jun 29, 1997
