Tasty Appetizer
In a pie plate that has been sprayed with PAM, spread peppers with the pointy part to the center. You can overlap some and cover the center. It will look like a flower. Sprinkle with goat cheese and a some dried oregano (optional) and drizzle with EVOO. Broil until cheese is golden.
Serve with bread ( thin baguette sliced and brush each slice with EVOO and garlic powder OR salt OR heat 2-3 mashed garlic cloves in oil at low temperature and brush on baguettes. Then broil or toast bread lightly.
Spread the peppers and goat cheese on bread.
