An easy fruit salad type dessert.


1 6-oz package Pistacio instant pudding
8 ounce Cool whip topping
16 ounce Crushed pineapple; undrained
1 cup Pecans; chopped
1 cup Minature marshmellows
10 ounce Maraschino cherries; drained, stems removed, and chopped

Original recipe makes 6



In a large mixing bowl, mix together the instant pudding and Cool Whip. Add undrained pineapple and stir well. Add pecans, minature marshmellows, and chopped cherries (reserve a few for garnish, if desired), and stir gently to mix. Refrigerate for eight hours before serving.

I don't care for marichino cherries so I substituted them for mandarin oranges it came out amazing thank you for the recipe ??
