Try this Pistachio Ice Cream-2 recipe, or contribute your own.
Partially thaw milk and peaches. Chop in chunks with knife and place in chilled metal bowl. Add extract, sugar and food coloring. Mix on low speed till smooth. Beat on high speed until volume is doubled. Place in freezer until firm. (or you may freeze in your ice cream maker) Serves 4. Posted to recipelu-digest by "bunny"
