Ingredients

1 1/3 cups Water
2 2/3 tbs Olive oil
1 1/3 tbs Sugar
1 1/3 teaspoons Salt
2 cups Bread flour
1 1/3 cups Whole wheat flour
2 1/2 teaspoons Yeast

Preparation

Upon completion of the dough cycle, divide dough into the appropriate number of pieces and roll into balls. Let rise about 20 minutes. Flatten each ball into a disk, rolling each one into a circle of approximately 6:. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 500? oven for 8-10 min.
