Thin crispy pizza base with no need to rise or knead.
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in a small bowl with the warm water. Stir and set aside for 10 mins until it bubbles and starts to foam.
- Place the flour and salt in the food processor and pulse to combine. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Pulse until the mixture forms a ball and follows the blade.
- Remove with floured hands and shape in to two large bases either with your hands or a rolling pin.
- Top with desired toppings and bake on a pizza stone in a preheated oven for 8-10mins.
