Easy overnight pizza dough
Place the flower, sugar and yeast in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse 4-5 times. With the food processor on the dough setting, turn on and add the cold water through the feed tube. Once the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl, let rest for 10 minutes. Add the salt and oil and mix until combined, 20 seconds. Please in a large oiled bowl and refrigerate overnight. When ready to use, divide the dough into 2 balls and let rest on a lightly oiled board for 2 hours. Heat the oven with pizza stone to 500 degrees. It takes about 30 minutes to heat the stone. Shape the best you can, add sauce, cheese and sausage if using. Place on the heated stone and bake for 5 minutes, spin and bake an additional 5-6 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 1-2 minutes.
