A great twist on spaghetti and meatballs

Ingredients

12 ounces spaghetti
0.5 tsp Salt
1 lb mild ground pork sausage
4 oz pepreroni; (about60) cut in half
1 26-oz jar tomato basil pasta sauce
0.5 cup parmesean cheese; grated
16 oz Italian 3 cheese blend; shredded

Preparation

Cook spaghetti in 1/2 tsp salt. Drain. Put in lightly greased 13x9 baking dish

Brown sausage medium high heat, stirring, about 5 minutes or until meat crumbles and is not pink. Drain and set aside. Wipe skillet clean.

Add pepperoni to skillet and cook medium high, stirring, about 4 minutes or until lightly crisp.

Top spaghetti with sausage. Pour pasta sauce over sausage. Arrange 1/2 of pepperoni slices over sauce. Sprinkle evenly with cheeses. Arrange other half of pepperoni slices over cheese.

Cover with non-stick aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 additional minutes or until cheese is melted.
