Suggest a better descriptionPlace the pine nuts and pecan nuts into a dry frying pan on your hob (keep it moving). Place the nuts and fruit into a food processor and blend to a breadcrumb consistency. Add the flour and butter to make the crumble topping, then rub in with your finger tips. Place the plum and sherry in a bowl and mix together. Place plum mixture into your dish and pack the top with crumble mixture. Place in a pre-heated oven for 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
