1/4 c Freshly grated parmesean
2 Garlic; chopped
2 Tart apples; cored and
2 ts Salt
1/2 lb Fontina cheese grated; (2
4 c Water
2 tb olive oil
4 tb Butter; cut into chunks
1 1/2 c Coarse yellow cornmeal
1 lb Chicken apple sausage; skin
