Cube and brown the salt pork. Pour off the clear grease and chuck the brown stuff.
Wash the pan - put in clear grease, saute 3 onions, chopped.
Add 5 cubed potatoes. add boiling water from kettle to cover potatoes.
Cube and lay the cod or Haddock on top. Cover & steam until potatoes are soft. Pepper.
Add one can of evap. milk.
Add celery when saute onions.
