Suggest a better description1. Skin and debone the chicken. Break Chicken up with fingers into bite size pieces. Add the sour cream and soup mixture. Mix well. Place into 9x13 dish.
2. Topping. Melt stick of butter. Crush Ritz crackers. Add melted butter and poppyseed to crushed Ritz crackers. Mix well. Spread mixture on top of dish.
3. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. (until topping browns and the dish is heated thru.)
