This is a great meatloaf, perfect for sandwiches.
Mix, shape, put in loaf pan. Pour 1/4 catsup over the top and bake 40 min. or until the top is crusty.

My grandfathers recipe, this meatloaf is much more like a hamburger. It is very kid friendly! I have come to substitute the bread crumbs for unseasoned stuffing.
