Cook brown rice 3/4 of the way done; let cool. Mix rice, ground meat, spices, and eggs. Form into approximately 30-40 meatballs. Brown in skillet.
Mix water, soup mix, and spices to taste; whisk until thoroughly combined. Pour over browned meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occassionally.
