Suggest a better descriptionIn a large stock pot, add pork, garlic cloves, onion half, bay leaf, salt, and cover with water. Simmer on low for 3-4 hours or until pork is very tender. Remove pork to cool. Break or chop up the pork into bite size pieces and set aside. In a large stock pot, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add pork, chopped onion, tomato, jalapeño, and cilantro and heat return to a simmer. Add Queso fresco and serve.
