In a bowl: Stir thoroughly the hoisin sauce and next 4 ingredients (through ground red pepper).
Add pork to pan; season with salt and pepper.
Cook pork until done. Remove from pan.
Add sesame oil to pan. Add zucchini, bell pepper, and ginger; stir-fry 4 minutes.
Add the onions and pork.
Add the sauce mixture to the pan; toss to coat.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve over rice noodles, or rice if wanted.
