I completely forget where I found this; been making it for years though
Brown chops, set aside. Cook rice and onion in drippings until golden. Stir in water and bouillon. Bring to boil and stir in chopped apple. Turn into baking dish, place chops on top. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350. mix melted butter, cinnamon. brush on apple slices and arrange on top. Bake another 20 min. more.
