Suggest a better description1) On medium-high heat, heat enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan. While the oil is heating, salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops
2) When the oil is hot, brown each side of the pork chops. Approx 2-3 minutes on each side.
3) Pull the pork chop out of the pan and place to the side. Add the onions and start to sweat.
4) when the onions start to sweet, add the apples, chicken broth, and rosemary. Place the pork chops on top of the onion, apple, broth mixture and cover.
5) Cook until pork chops are done, approximately 5-7 minutes for thin cut. Longer for thick cut.
6) Plate pork chops and cover with Apple and Onion mixture. Serve Immediately.
