Suggest a better descriptionStir applesauce, apricots, cherries, shallots, sugar, vinegar, bay leaves, and cinnamon stick into slow cooker. Season pork chops w/ s & p and nestle into slow cooker. Cover and cook low 6-8 hrs
Transfer pork chops to serving platter, ten loosely w foil for 10. Let braising liquid settle for 5 min then remove fat from surface, discard bay leaves, and cinnamon stick. Stir in parsley and season w s & p and vinegar to taste. Spoon 1 cup sauce over chops and serve w/ remaining sauce.
