Delicious Filipino recipe for pork and peas.
1. Heat oil in a sauce pan. Saute pork, onion, red pepper, and garlic until onion and garlic are soft.
2. Add water, soy sauce, fish sauce, bay leaf, peas, and tomato paste.
3. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a low simmer. Simmer uncovered while rice cooks.
4. Cook rice according to package directions.
5. Serve pork guisantes on top of rice. Enjoy!
