Brenda's recipe.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line roasting pan with foil. Cook roast until temp on meat thermometer reaches 170 F.
Combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan & simmer for 5 minutes.
After roast reaches 160 F, brush frequently with sauce while continuing to roast for a further 30 minutes.
Pass remaining sauce with roast.
Serve with roasted new potatoes with rosemary & a vegetable.
Roasted new potatoes with Rosemary:
1/4 cup oil
2 - 3 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
Bake at 375 F. for 1 hour.
