Suggest a better descriptionCombine all ingredients (except pork) in a mixing bowl. Add pork and toss well. Cover and let marinate at room temperature for 2 hours. Soak 24 thin bamboo skewers in water for 1 hour while pork is marinating. Preheat broiler. Thread 3 pieces of marinated pork on each skewer, leaving a bit of space between the peices. Place the skewered on a broiling pan. Broil 4" from the heat source, basting and turning once, until just browned and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
