Suggest a better description1. In small bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar and lemon pepper.
2. Place pork tenderloins in resalable plastic bag; add above mixture. Seal to close; shake to coat meat evenly. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 425*F. Remove pork from plastic bag; discard marinade.
4. Spray roasting pan with olive oil or cooking spray. Place tenderloins in pan. Roast 25 minutes or until thermometer registers 160*F. Let tenderloins stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with couscous if desired.
