Awesome Spare ribs found originally on all recipes
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut spareribs into service size portions, wrap in double thickness of foil and bake for 1.5 hours. Unwrap, drain drippings, place in large roasting pan
2. In mixing bowl, mix brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, So. Co, Sriracha sauce, garlic, mustard and pepper. Coat ribs w/ sauce and marinate at room temp for 1 hour. Reserve marinade.
3. Preheat grill for medium
4. Put ribs on grill and cook for 30 minutes, basting with marinade
Do it same day. Though tempting to leave marinading overnight and warm up the next day, they're no where near as good. Don't bake too long either. So much juicier than prepping ribs by boiling, or than by just grilling.
