Put 3 garlic cloves halfed in the pan down middle.
Put the 2 garlic cloves that are left minced in a bowl for the marinade.
Place 2 rosemary stalks on the bottom of pan (one on left side of garlic, one on right side of garlic) to later put meat on as a rack. This really adds flavor into the meat versus it just laying on the pan.
Chop last rosemary stalk into the bowl with the garlic for marinade.Stir in mustard and pepper in marinade bowl.
Place pork in bag with marinade and rub into meat, place in fridge for a hour.
After the hour is up, place the pork in the pan then put it in oven at 375 degrees until fully cooked.
