The easiest and juiciest chicken you've ever had, guaranteed! Serve with your choice of side dish. Great with fettuccine Alfredo, mashed potatoes and rice!
Marinate chicken in lemon juice for 15 minutes, making sure lemon juice fully covers each chicken breast. Meanwhile, preheat grill or BBQ to medium high. Take chicken breast out of marinade and shake off excess. Sprinkle both sides liberally with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Let sit for 5 minutes. Melt additional butter in a microwavable bowl or cup. Use a pastry brush to brush the chicken liberally with butter, put chicken breast on the grill and lower the heat to medium low. Cook chicken for about 6 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness. Make sure to brush chicken with butter every few minutes on each side. Sprinkle with parsley & enjoy! * Chicken be served with side dishes such as wild rice. (Picture)
