Chinese Pot Stickers

1/2 pound ground pork
1/4 cup green onion; finely chopped
1 Egg; slightly beaten
2 Tbs Red bell pepper; finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp Cayenne
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Ketchup
1 tsp Yellow mustard
1 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1 package pot sticker wrappers

Original recipe makes 4 Servings

Mix all ingredients except chicken broth, oil and pot sticker wrappers. Place 1 tbs of filling on to center of pot sticker wrapper. Seal edges with water.

Heat saute'' pan to medium high and wipe pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil. When hot, place the pot stickers onto pan. Do not over crowd. Let them cook for exactly 2 minutes. Add 1/3 cup chicken broth and pour on top of pot stickers. Cover immediately to contain steam. Lower temp to medium to medium low and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove lid and turn off heat. Remove from pan and serve hot.

Clean pan of residue before starting second batch.

Serve pot stickers with the "Risha" dipping sauce.

Ok.. my recipe :) Just made it again to take a picture of the recipe.. almost couldn't wait to eat them! Bugs me that my favorite Chinese place will charge $6 for something this size.. I could eat these every day!

If pot stickers burn, lower the heat a bit. I love this recipe extra spicy so I add extra cayenne. [I posted this recipe.]
