Healthy potato bake recipe that doesn't use cream.
Pre heat over to 210ÂșC
Peel the potatoes and sweet potato and slice (0.5 cm thick).
Peel onion and finely slice.
Lightly oil a casserole dish with olive oil spray, layer bottom of tray with potato.
Next layer with onion, and then sprinkle with cheese.
Add a layer of sweet potato and then alternate layers with onion and cheese and potato.
Finish off top layer with potato and cheese.
Add the soy milk at the end over the dish.
Cover tray with foil, and bake for 30-40 min.
Uncover tray just before serving to allow the top layer to brown.
